(The fourth quarter) wasn't a track meet. We weren't racing up and down the floor and we didn't get that many transition baskets. We didn't press and they didn't press. We had a chance to send it to overtime all the way to the end.

I liked the way we got after it in the first half. (In the first quarter), we shot better. The same shots were there in the second half, but we just couldn't get them to go down for us. I didn't have any problems with our shot selection (in this game).

It was one of our goals to get to the 20-win mark and I was really happy for the boys that they were able to get that done. They worked real hard to achieve that.

Do I wish somebody would have stepped in there and grabbed him before he got that shot off? Absolutely. But at the same time, with so many offensive weapons out there, guys were reluctant to leave the shooters.

It's playoff time, you've got to do everything right, and free throws are a big part of it.

It's hard to say good-bye to seniors who have picked your program up and put it on their shoulders and do it with the integrity and character that they did. Losing is losing, but I'd much rather keep these guys around.

It makes a big difference when Shaun is active, everything we do I want to start with his hands.

Fool's gold. We knew we were in for a tussle, the way (the Spartans) can shoot it.

They have terrific quickness to the basket. All five guys can make baskets. You have to guard them all. We're going to have our hands full next game.

This last week of practice, we did what we could to get the fire burning and to make the boys hungry again. I think we saw some hunger tonight.
